Hello, I'm Aaron Flood and I've been working the trades since I was a young kid. I was taught carpentry by my grandfather, landscaping from my grandmother, and contracting from my mother. I also learned an incredible host of skills from the men and woman I worked beside. Thanks to all of you for having more patience than was probably warranted.

Trades skills A decade in insurance adjusting taught me how to navigate complex documentation and "supplementing" for max profit. We apply that forensic mindset to your business systems, streamlining your paperwork so you never leave money on the table again.

My college degree was earned in commercial kitchens, work trucks, and construction sites. I've owned, ran, and managed construction, landscaping, food service, and insurance industry companies.

What I know first hand is that small business tradespeople are working two jobs at once. You’re the expert in the field, but you're also the admin in the office who is working early mornings and late nights to keep the business moving.

My Background, includes all phases of construction, general contracting, heavy equipment operation, emergency mitigation and restoration, as well as daily and catastrophic claims adjusting. If that wasn't enough, my first job was at 13 dishwashing, by 15 a sous chef, and 17 kitchen manager. I recently came full circle by structuring and managing a catering company.
